What is included in the rental price?

Besides your exclusive use of the accommodation itself, we also provide hand towels, bath towels and beach towels for up to eight Guests as well as quality bedding and linen on every bed. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and liquid hand soap is in every bathroom and there are two hairdryers in the house. We also ensure you have a 'Welcome Pack' which includes bottled water, a bottle of chilled quality rosé wine, a 4 pack of local beers in the fridge and 10 Nespresso pods.

What is the check-in and check-out process?

We don't live nearby so we have made it easy for Guests to check themselves in and out. Guests receive detailed instructions on how to find and access the property two days before the start of their stay. Amelia, our amazing local Property Manager is close by if there are any problems. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am, but if you require an earlier check-in or later check-out, just ask and we'll do our best to accommodate this.

Is a damage deposit required, and when is it refunded?

For direct bookings we require a €500 security deposit. This must be paid before check-in as part of your Agreement with us and, assuming the house is in the good condition when you check-out the security deposit is refunded within 7 working days.

What are the house rules?

Our house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac where residents live all year round. We therefore ask our Guests to respect our neighbours rights and privacy by not being too noisy after 11pm or early in the morning.

Please don't play loud music on any devices on the terraces. Please do NOT smoke or vape anywhere inside the house, though smoking and vaping is permitted on the outside terraces. No parties or using the house for any commercial purposes. Please don't stick anything such as decorations on the walls or use confetti or party-poppers.

Are children or babies allowed, and is the property suitable for them?

Yes, babies and young children are allowed and we can provide a travel cot if requested. We would draw your attention to the fact there are no stair-gates or guard rails around the swimming pool - we therefore ask that you keep a close eye on your little ones during your stay.

Can I request extra services?

Yes, we can help you arrange additional cleaning or linen changes (you can pay our Property Manager directly for these services). We can also recommend a personal chef and airport transfer services.

Which amenities and appliances are available?

In the kitchen you'll find a large American-style fridge/freezer, a 4 ring electric hob and an electric oven with grill, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. There's also a full size dishwasher. In the utility room there is a washer/dryer. There are two hairdryers in the house. Of course there's WiFi throughout the whole house (superfast, around 500Mbps) and a wall mounted 4k LG smart TV, plus a Deco (Spanish TV) streaming box in the living room and a small portable bluetooth speaker. There is a gas BBQ (gas is supplied by us) on the roof terrace, and a table tennis table in the garden.

How do I confirm my booking, and what payment methods are accepted?

When you click on any of the 'Book Now' buttons you'll go through to our booking site which is hosted by TravelNest.

Just type in the check-in and check-out dates you want (only available dates are shown in the calendar) and the number of people in the group (8 max.) and you'll then see the cost for the trip. Hit 'Reserve' and follow the booking instructions to book and pay for your stay.

What is the cancellation policy?

You'll be able to see the full details of our Cancellation Policy during the booking process.

What do I do if something breaks or there is an emergency?

Firstly, don't even worry about small items that break, such as wine glasses, crockery, etc. If you break a lot of them (a whole tray of coffee cups gets dropped, or something), then please do let us know so that we can replace them for you and the next Guests - and we're not going to charge you for those kind of breakages. If something larger or obviously expensive such as the TV breaks, please let us know and then there may be a charge depending on the circumstances.

If there's any kind of situation that requires the Emergency Services, the number in Spain is 112.

Otherwise, most things can be sorted out by contacting Amelia, our brilliant Property Manager. You'll be given her number once you confirm your booking.

Are parties or events allowed?

No, sorry, we don't allow parties or events. You can invite Guests to visit you at the house, but no more than 6 at a time and they are not permitted to stay overnight.

What is the maximum capacity of the house?

The house is designed for a maximum of 8 Guests, plus one baby in the travel cot if requested.

How can we find out more about things to do locally?

We have created a really helpful Digital Guidebook for our Guests. It not only contains information about how everything in the house works, detailed check-in/out instructions and tips on what to pack, etc, but we have also put loads of suggestions for places to go, things to do, restaurants and cafes worth checking out, and so on.

We always recommend our Guests download the guidebook onto their phones so that they can use it even without a signal.

Instructions on how get the guidebook are provided once your booking is confirmed.
