What is included in the rental price?

Hand towels, bath towels and beach towels for up to eight Guests. Quality bedding and linen on every bed. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and liquid hand soap in every bathroom. Two hairdryers. Welcome pack which includes bottled water, a bottle of chilled quality rosé wine, pack of local beers in the fridge and 10 Nespresso pods.

What is the check-in and check-out process?

For our Guest convenience we offer a self check-in and self check-out process. Guests receive detailed instructions on how to find and access the property two days before the start of their stay. Our local Property Manager is close by if there are any problems. Check in is from 4pm and check out is by 10am. If you require earlier check-in or later check-out, just ask and we'll do our best to accommodate this.

Is a damage deposit required, and when is it refunded?

For direct bookings we require a €500 security deposit. This must be paid before check-in as part of your Agreement with us
